  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?

    • You can check the delivery process/ status with the tracking number we provide.

 

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

    • You will get an automatic email saying your order has been PROCESSED. Once your order is sent you're going to recieve an email saying your order has been DESPATCHED and it will contain the tracking number of your package.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

    • If your package is missing you should send an email to info@kimberlymich.com letting us know ​and will respond within 12 hours with the status of the package and the steps you need to follow with the courier.

  • SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
