RETURNS

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Kimberly Mich we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Kimberly Mich when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. We provide return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery, which make sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt. Misplace your returns sheet? Don’t worry. Just send us over an email at INFO@KIMBERLYMICH.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. The items on sale/clearance are eligible for a exchange of the same item in another size or a refund via Gift Cards.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

We provide exchange instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery, which make sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt. Misplace your returns sheet? Don’t worry. Just send us over an email at RETURNS@KIMBERLYMICH.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.

If the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at INFO@KIMBERLYMICH.COM

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

SALE ITEMS

We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store. But the refund doesn't apply in bundles or special promotions.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL, Fedex or TNT to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us.
